The Games Room
The Games Room cannot be booked on a Friday night. The Games Room is located on the second floor of Foxglove Bar. The space can hold up to 50 people cocktail style, 26 people seated casually for set-menu lunch/dinner dining (excluding Fridays). The space has plush arm & tub chairs with classy tables. The space boasts a 42 inch Plasma TV with balcony access & harbour views.
Minimum guests - 15
Maximum guests - 30 seated dining, 50 cocktails style
Minimum spend - $1,000 (date and time dependant and at managers discretion.)
Foxtail Champagne & Cocktail Bar
Foxtail is the perfect venue for exclusive parties or functions. The plush room features elegant furniture, a marble bar top, a 42 inch Plasma TV, two harbour facing balconies, a JBL music system with I-pod & DJ input. Foxtail has its very own exclusive stairwell entrance located on the first floor of the building. It also boasts a magical wardrobe entrance.
Saturday - Thursday, bookings must meet minimum spend of $5000. Please note that Foxtail Bar must reopen to the public at midnight on a Saturday night.
Friday bookings are usually not taken but may be considered depending on the time of the year. Minimum spend for a Friday booking is $10,000 (date and time dependant and at managers discretion)
Sunday and Monday - closed but inquiries taken for private functions
Capacity: 80 people fit comfortably, 100 people maximum with balconies.
Queens Wharf Ballroom
The Ballroom can hold between 250 and 300 people cocktail style. Add Foxtail to increase capacity to 350. The Ballroom can also be set up for seated a la carte dining (up to 150 seated dining). A selection of self service dining menus are also available.
Exclusive entrance opposite Shed 11 with lift & harbour facing balcony. 2 x 42 inch LCD TV’s, pull down screen & PA music system with wireless microphone & i-pod input.
To hire the Ballroom there is a venue hire fee of $500. Please note that minimum spends also apply when hiring the Ballroom. Please make an inquiry to find out more information.
